Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

The short version

  • Zavi generates AI images of you wearing outfits. The images are synthetic - they are not photographs of things that happened.
  • Only upload photos of yourself. Never someone else, and never a child.
  • You own the images you receive and can use them personally or commercially.
  • AI output is imperfect and varies. We give you retakes, but we cannot promise a specific result.
  • Delivered orders are generally not refundable, with real exceptions - see the Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Zavi is operated by Terry Kayondo, trading as Falcon Sky (P.O. Box 302153, Mengo, Kampala, Uganda), a sole trader. You can reach us at support@wearzavi.com. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for your purchase; Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction in addition to these.

2. What Zavi does

You upload a photo of yourself and choose one or more styles. We send your photo, together with a reference image of the garment and a text description of the scene, to a third-party image model, which generates new images resembling you in those outfits. Each order is rendered to order at the moment you buy it; nothing is retrieved from a library of pre-existing pictures of you.

3. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zavi. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.

4. Photos you upload - the rules that matter most

This is the part we enforce hardest, because getting it wrong harms a real person.
  • Upload only photos of yourself. By uploading, you confirm you are the person shown and that you consent to us generating images of your likeness.
  • Never upload a photo of anyone else, including friends, family, public figures or strangers - even if the photo is public or you took it.
  • Never upload a photo of a minor.
  • You must hold the rights needed in the photo you upload, and it must not infringe anyone else’s rights.

If you break these rules you agree to indemnify us for claims that result. We also reserve the right to report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Zavi or its output to:
  • impersonate anyone, or create content presenting a person as doing or saying something they did not;
  • present AI-generated images as genuine photographs where doing so would mislead someone to their detriment;
  • create sexual, defamatory, harassing, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or content sexualising minors;
  • remove, alter or disable provenance information or metadata identifying the images as AI-generated;
  • resell or redistribute Zavi as a service, or scrape, reverse engineer or abuse the API;
  • imply that Zavi, or any brand whose clothing a style resembles, endorses you or your content.

6. AI output - what we can and cannot promise

Generative models are probabilistic. The same prompt does not produce the same picture twice, and output can contain errors, including distorted hands or faces, garments that differ in detail from the reference, and text that is not real writing.

We provide Zavi and its output “as is”. We do not warrant that images will resemble you to any particular degree, be free of artefacts, be suitable for a specific purpose, or be accepted by any third party such as a platform, employer or agency. We check output automatically for obvious anatomical failures and offer a limited number of retakes per order, and those retakes are the remedy for an unsatisfactory image.

Styles are inspired by general fashion genres. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or intended to reproduce the products of any brand or designer.

7. Who owns what

You keep all rights in the photos you upload. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

As between you and us, you own the images Zavi generates for you and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Two honest caveats: in some countries, including the United States, purely AI-generated images may not attract copyright protection at all, so you may not be able to stop others copying them; and we cannot warrant that output does not resemble existing works, because no provider of a generative model can.

8. Telling people the images are AI

Zavi’s output is photorealistic and depicts a real person, so it can be mistaken for a photograph. Where you publish or share it in a context where people would reasonably assume it is a real photograph, you should say it is AI-generated. In some jurisdictions this is a legal requirement rather than good manners. We do not strip the provenance markings the image model embeds, and you must not either.

9. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars by Paddle. Generation begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, because that is the service you are buying. Orders are rendered in sequence and a large order takes longer; we show progress while it runs. If we cannot deliver an image, we tell you and the Refund Policy applies.

10. Availability

Zavi depends on third-party infrastructure and has hourly capacity limits. We may throttle, pause or briefly suspend generation to protect the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

11. Your data

How we handle your photos, including the retention windows and the legal basis for processing facial data, is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

12. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Zavi is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect, and this clause does not limit them.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh “updated” date; material changes will be flagged. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
